Dear Mr. Wyant:
At their meeting on September 1, 2009, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 4-0 to
approve your variance request to reduce the building setbacks adjacent to Rural Areas
zoning along the north and south property lines, required in Sec. 21.7 b., from 50 to 39
feet to allow an addition to the existing storage building for Blue Ridge Builders Supply.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. This variance approval is limited to the shed additions to the north and south
walls of the building.
2. A screening of 20 foot evergreen double row staggered buffer in accordance with
Section 32.7.9.8.
