The critical slopes (slopes 25% or greater) requested to be disturbed are man -made and were created with an approved site plan (SDP -340 Squire Hill, as amended). County Code Chapter 18 Section 4.2.5.b allows Staff (the Agent) to administratively approve critical slope waiver requests when the critical slopes were created with an approved site plan and they meet the criteria set forth in that section. The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable ordinances, by the Agent, unless a written request is made for Planning Commission review by a member of the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, or an abutting property owner by the Request for Review deadline (see below). If requested for review, the development proposal will be reviewed by the Planning Commission. All applicable dates scheduled for this development proposal are listed below. Revision & Request for Review deadline (October 2, 2009) Planning Commission meeting (November 10, 2009) Plans for the proposed development are available for your review in the Department of Community Development. To assure the file information is ready for your viewing and to allow staff to be available to help with any questions, we encourage you to schedule a viewing time.
