RE: SUB - 2009 -53 Ashlynn Addition- Minor Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr. Kirtley:
The County of Albemarle has received application to amend an existing site plan on [Tax Map 31B -C]. This project
requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The applicant has provided a site plan
amendment, which includes additional building square footage to accommodate additional employees, and the
proposed relocation of septic lines. The plan is attached. Please review the proposal for compliance with the
provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 14 -309 and 14 -310 of the Albemarle
