Dear Mr. Fritz:
I request, on behalf of Verizon Wireless, a one year deferral of action on the following
pending site plan applications:

Dear Mr. Sipe
On September 22, 2009 you submitted a request for extension of the deferral period for the above
referenced application. The initial request for deferral for the following projects was submitted on October
6, 2008:
SP 2008 —17 Brochu Property/Verizon Wireless
SP 2008 — 22 Llandaff LC Property - Verizon Tier III PWSF
SP 2008 — 39 Coleman Property- Verizon Tier III PWSF
SP 2008 — 41 Johnson Property - Verizon Wireless Tier III PWSF
SP 2008 — 43 Ayres Property /. Verizon Wireless Tier III PWSF
In accord with the provisions of the ordinance the application is deemed withdrawn if no action is taken by
the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors within 12 months of the initial request for deferral.
You submitted a request for an extension of the deferral period as allowed for by the provisions of Chapter
18, Section 31.6.2. You have requested that the deferral period be extended for one year. In accord with
the provisions of the ordinance the extension is granted for the projects listed above. This application shall
be deemed to be voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant unless the Planning Commission or the Board of
Supervisors acts prior to October 6, 2008.
SP 2008 —13 Matthews Property - Verizon Wireless -Tier III PWSF had a deferral date of June 24, 2008. It
was deferred at the Planning Commission meeting. Therefore, this application was deemed withdrawn as
of June 24, 2009 and no extension may be approved.
SP 2008— 40 Barnett Property - Verizon Tier III PWSF had a deferral date of September 3, 2008.
Therefore, this application was deemed withdrawn as of September 3, 2009 and no extension may be
approved.
