THIS LETTER REPLACES THE LETTER SENT TO YOU DATED OCTOBER 13, 2009. THE
CHANGES ARE BASED ON THE RECEIPT OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
On September 22, 2009 you submitted a request for extension of the deferral period for the above
referenced application. The initial request for deferral for the following projects was submitted on October
6, 2008:
SP 2008 — 17 Brochu Property/Verizon Wireless
SP 2008 — 22 Llandaff LC Property -Verizon Tier III PWSF
SP 2008 — 39 Coleman Property - Verizon Tier III PWSF
SP 2008 — 41 Johnson Property - Verizon Wireless Tier III PWSF
SP 2008 — 43 Ayres Property/ Verizon Wireless Tier III PWSF
In accord with the provisions of the ordinance the application is deemed withdrawn if no action is taken by
the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors within 12 months of the initial request for deferral.
You submitted a request for an extension of the deferral period as allowed for by the provisions of Chapter
18, Section 31.6.2. You have requested that the deferral period be extended for one year. In accord with
the provisions of the ordinance the extension is granted for the projects listed above. These applications
shall be deemed to be voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant unless the Planning Commission or the
Board of Supervisors acts prior to October 6, 2010.
In my prior letter I stated that SP 2008 — 13 Matthews Property -Verizon Wireless -Tier III PWSF had a
deferral date of June 24, 2008. However, you submitted a letter in October 2008 clearly requesting
deferral until October 2009. That is the date that should have been used.
In my prior letter I stated that SP 2008 — 40 Barnett Property - Verizon Tier III PWSF had a deferral date
of September 3, 2008. However, you submitted a letter in October 2008 clearly requesting deferral until
October 2009. That is the date that should have been used.
