The property is zoned R -1 Residential, EC [Entrance Corridor], AIA [Airport Impact Area], and Flood Hazard Overlay. The property, described as Tax Map 75 Parcel 53 is located in the Samuel Miller Magisterial District on Route 29 South [Monocan Trail Road] at the intersection with Gold Eagle Drive. The Comprehensive Plan designates this property as Regional Service in Urban Area 5. This development proposal is scheduled for the Site Review Committee meeting on the date listed below. The applicant's attendance is not mandatory, although it may be requested by the County. Regardless of whether the applicant will be attending, the County staff will be available for consultation on the Site Review Committee meeting date at 10:00 a.m., in Room 235 of the County Office Building on McIntire Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will be an informal session with the Site Review Committee to discuss issues and share information. The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable ordinances, by the Site Review Committee, unless a written request is made for Planning Commission review by a member of the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, or an abutting property owner by the Request for Review deadline. If requested for review, the development proposal will be reviewed by the Planning Commission. All applicable dates scheduled for this development proposal are listed below. To assure the file information is ready for your viewing and to allow staff to be available to help with any questions, we encourage you to schedule a viewing time. Please call 296- 5832 ext 3004 during business hours (8 a.m. -5 p.m., Mon -Fri) to schedule an appointment. While an an appointment is not required, we do give priority to those with appointments. Those without appointments may find the materials are in use by others and /or staff is not available to help. Should you wish to attend the Site Review Committee meeting, please notify the Department of Community Development so that any concerns may be adequately addressed.
