The site is a 3.4 acre portion of 237 acre parcel zoned NMD (Neighborhood Model District). The property, described as Tax Map 55E Section 01 Parcel Al is in the White Hall Magisterial District on Old Trail Drive approximately .50 miles from the intersection of Old Trail Drive and Rockfish Gap Turnpike (Route 250W). The Comprehensive Plan designates this property as CTl (Development Area Preserve) and CT3 (Urban Edge) within the Crozet Master Plan. This development proposal is scheduled for the Site Review Committee meeting on the date listed below. The applicant's attendance is not mandatory, although it may be requested by the County. Regardless of whether the applicant will be attending, the County staff will be available for consultation on the Site Review Committee meeting date at 10:00 a.m., in Room 235 of the County Office Building on McIntire Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will be an informal session with the Site Review Committee to discuss issues and share information. The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable ordinances, by the Site Review Committee, unless a written request is made for Planning Commission review by a member of the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, or an abutting property owner by the Request for Review deadline. If requested for review, the development proposal will be reviewed by the Planning Commission. All applicable dates scheduled for this development proposal are listed below. Please call 296- 5832 ext 3004 during business hours (8 a.m. -5 p.m., Mon -Fri) to schedule an appointment. While an appointment is not required, we do give priority to those with appointments. Those without appointments may find the materials are in use by others and /or staff is not available to help.
