Please also note that as far as the water supply goes, the proposed well appears to be placed at the outer edge of
a 2000' buffer from a known leaking underground storage tank. Typically, the only thing that this changes with
you guys is the requirement of a BTEX test before you issue the Building Permit. Since this lot is less than 21
acres, they will be drilling the well first anyhow. Just thought I would let you know.
In case they ask, the Health Department will also need a coliform test before an Operations Permit is issued
although this test is not required to get Building Permit approval from the HD. This typically occurs later on
and is not really that urgent.

Church including the approval letter for a drainfield to be installed for the church. Please review and let me
