Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action SP201000004 Shenandoah's Pride LLC (owner) / Brad Spano (applicant) Tax Map 77, Parcel 11 D2 To Whom It May Concern: At their meeting on April 6, 2010, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 5 -0 to approve the special use permit for an off -site sign identifying the Mill Creek Business Park. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The area of the proposed free standing sign, advertising the businesses located in the Industrial Park shall be limited to an aggregate total of 24 square feet. 2. The sign shall receive approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness from the ARB or staff, including any additional landscaping and /or lighting. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have the right to appeal it within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision, in accordance with Section 15.2 -2314 of the Code of Virginia. If you do not file a timely appeal, this decision shall be final and unappealable. An appeal shall be taken only by filing a petition specifying the grounds on which aggrieved with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within the prescribed thirty (30) days.
