RR: Stone Processing at Hyland Ridge, ZVI0200900207, T.M. 78 -57 — appeal of Determination of Violation
Dear Ms. McCulley,
We would like to appeal the decision made on November 12`x' by the zoning department, served in the Notice of
Official Determination of Violation, ZVI0200900207, which we received today, November 13, 2009.
The crushing and processing of the stone at Hyland Ridge is accessory to the construction activities related to the
installation of the improvements for the approved road plans for Hyland Ridge Subdivision. Therefore we believe
the ongoing activities are within the approved uses of the property's current zoning.
Please consider our appeal.
