Call to Order. • Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mr. Loach. PC members present were Mr. Morris, Mr. Loach, Chairman; Mr. Franco, Mr. Smith, Mr. Lafferty and Mr. Zobrist, Vice Chairman. Absent was Ms. Porterfield. Ms. Monteith was present. • Staff members present were Claudette Grant, Gerald Gatobu, Megan Yaniglos, Bill Fritz, Mark Graham, Amelia McCulley, Wayne Cilimberg, Sharon Taylor, and Greg Kam tner. 2. There shall be no outside exercise area. 2. No animals are to be confined outside. 3. Use is limited to 370 Greenbrier Drive. 4. Hours of operation shall be I'mited to: Monday Thursday: 5:30 P.M. 9:00 A.M.; 5:30 Friday unto! 9:00 A.M. Mon P.M. By a vote of 6:0, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the modifications to Section 4.15 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding signage based upon the findings in the staff report. ZMA- 2008 -00003 and the modifications will go before Board of Supervisors on a date to be determined with a recommendation for approval. 5 Attachment 3 — SUB - 2010 -00049 Nydrie Farm — Conditions of Approval By a vote of 6:0, the Planning Commission approved SUB - 2010 -0049, Nydrie Farm subject to the conditions as recommended by staff to grant a waiver to allow access to the proposed lots via a private street per Section 14 -232 and 14 -234. Staff will act on the plat administratively. 1. The plat shall be subject to the requirements of Section 14 -303 (Contents of final plat), as identified on the "Final Subdivision Checklist' which is available from the Department of Community Development; 2. The final plat shall address all minimum requirements from Sections 14 -410 (Standards for all street and alleys) and 14 -412 (Standards for private streets only). 3. Health director approval of individual private wells and /or septic systems. [THIS IS NOT A MATTER THAT REQUIRES BOARD APPROVAL.] 0
