Dear Elizabeth, Yes, we hereby consent to moving our matter from the September 7 agenda to be placed on the agenda of a later meeting. It certainly will help greatly with our construction plans if the Commission can hear our case on September 14. Thank you for your patience with my evident disappointment about a further delay in our project. Our situation here has grown more challenging as time has passed, due to my wife's worsening neurological impairments and the non - accessible nature of our apartment (especially the non - accessible bathroom). So we look forward to this house with eager anticipation. On the other hand, we sincerely respect the Commission's need to manage its own schedule. It also seems clear that they would not pursue arrangements to allow cancellation of a meeting without a substantial need to make such a change. The Commission members, even though accomplished and prominent, are regular people with private lives in which things come up. We are all in this together, ultimately, and each of us should do whatever we reasonably can do to make it work better for others. Thank you for your help in working us through this process. We look forward to further information about the new docket date for our petition, as and when appropriate. Yours sincerely, Norman Ourada.
