South Plains Church
Good morning.
I just wanted to take a second to send you an email to let you know that I made a site visit to the above
mentioned property and verified that the addition for South Plains Church does NOT encroach upon the
existing septic system. The system appeared to be in satisfactory condition and no significant problems or
defects were observed. The Church or the builder will be applying for a repair permit to fix two holes in the
header lines as the result of trying the find the distribution box. This is no big deal and is very easy to do.
While I was on the site, I had a couple of suggestions for the builder as far as some things that Church could do
to improve the system. The builder is going to talk to the Church and get back with me as far as if they wanted
to follow through with my recommendations. I will keep you posted on any developments but as this point, it is
reasonable to assume that the septic system should continue to function normally. This assumption is
strengthened when you consider that no new members are being added to the congregation. Please let me know
if you have any questions.
Have a great day,
Josh
