Intersection of Lewis &Clark and Research Park Blvds - refacing an existing sign; and Z. On Lewis & Clark Blvd adjacent to Existing Parking Lot - a new sign Proposed Signs S.P. 2010 -15 The proposed sign and landscaping are not subject to ARB approval. The proposed signs will comply with all the sign ordinance requirements (size, height, setback and number). The first sign identifies the entrance road for a group of buildings. The second sign identifies the entrance to parking area. Special Use Permit Criteria Use will not be of detriment to adjacent property; ✓ Character of the district not changed; ✓ Use in harmony with the purpose and intent of the ordinance; Use in harmony with public health, safety and general welfare. Sign #1 @ Intersection Lewis & Clark and Research Park Blvds Sign #1 @ Intersection Lewis & Clark and Research Park Blvds -k Blvds Sign #2 on Lewis & Clark Blvd adjacent to Existing Parking Lot Sign #2 on Lewis & Clark Blvd adjacent to Existing Parking Lot Staff Recommendation Staff finds that this proposal satisfies the Special Use Permit criteria. We recommend approval subject to the following conditions: 1. This special use permit authorizes two (2) signs listing off -site tenants within this Planned Development Industrial Park. Listing any tenants outside this Park shall not be permitted on either of these two signs without amendment of this special use permit.
