Dear Mr. Wendell Wood:
At their meeting on May 4, 2010, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 4-0 to approve request
VA201000003. This request provides relief from Section 18-4.15.13 to erect a freestanding
shopping center sign at a height of 16 feet. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign is subject to ARB approval.
2. Only one such sign shall be permitted for this portion of the Hollymead Town
Center shopping center.
If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have the right to appeal it within thirty (30) days of the .
date of the decision, in accordance with Section 15.2-2314 of the Code of Virginia. If you do not
file a timely appeal, this decision shall be final and unappealable. An appeal shall be taken only
by filing a petition specifying the grounds on which aggrieved with the Circuit Court of Albemarle
County within the prescribed thirty (30) days.
