Thal the strict application of this ordinance would produce undue h n-dship $614,000.00 house with basement just finished, and ready for puchasers to move in.' House cannot be moved because of basement, except at very high and economically unjustifiable expense. Purchasers are ready to close and occupy their new home 2.
