Box 619 - - Palmyra, VA 22963 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action Lot 1, Blue Hills Subdivision Larry Miller (owner / applicant) TMP 02000-00-00-016N1 Dear Mr. Larry Miller: At their meeting on May 4, 2010, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 5-0 to approve variance request VA201000004. This request provides relief from Section 18-10.4 to reduce the front setback from 75 feet to 70.5 feet. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The variance of 5' is approved for the front setback along Advance Mills Rd. to become 70 ft. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have the right to appeal it within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision, in accordance with Section 15.2-2314 of the Code of Virginia. If you do not file a timely appeal, this decision shall be final and unappealable. An appeal shall be taken only by filing a petition specifying the grounds on which aggrieved with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within the prescribed thirty (30) days.
