VDOT has reviewed the traffic analysis for the reduction of speed along Glenorchy Dr. along with the horizontal
alignment and GS standard for the proposed relocation of Hansen Mountain Road. We have concluded that your
proposal of the relocation of Hansen Mountain Road to Glenorchy Dr. has an adequate proposed design speed,
horizontal alignment and can accommodate tra is calming as requested with your latest proposal. There
are still design issues that will need to be resolved during the design process but to date, the data that you have
provided shows that the existing Glenorchy Dr. can accommodate the relocation of Hansen Mountain Road.

ZMA201000001 Pantoas Ride

Site is in jurisdictional area for water and sewer service.

Distance to the closest water line if in the development area is 10' feet.
Water pressure is with gallons per minute at psi.

Distance to the closest sewer line if in the development area is 20' feet.

Capacity issues for sewer that may affect this proposal: Connection must be made to MH 340' west of
Hansens Mountain Road.

higher elevations if served from Rt. 250 water main; alternative water supply from Ashcroft system
