Dear Ms. Skare,
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the elimination of the path as shown on the attached
exhibits and described in your letter dated February 23, 2011, to the above referenced site plan. This is
the (15`) Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all
changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Dear Mr. Fritz:
Draper Aden Associates, as agent for Thomas Jefferson Foundation, requests
approval of this letter. revision. Exhibit 1 indicates that the highlighted lines for the "path"
were shown on the "Site Layout and Utility Plan C2.1 ", Exhibit 2 shows the same area on the
"Layout Plan L1.10" that does not show or call for a path in that area. Exhibit 3 is a revised
Site Layout and Utility Plan C2.1 without the "path" lines. Exhibit 2 and 3 also have the
proposed pedestrian path highlighted.
We respectfully request your approval of the corrected site plan — Exhibit 3. As
indicated in previous a -mails and discussions, this path was not intended to be the access path
from the parking lot nor intended to be constructed. As you can see, the brick path from the
north end of the parking lot was shown and labeled on Exhibit 2, "Layout Plan L1.10 and is
the intended path from the parking lot to the house.
