The proposed business is the same as that for SP201000029 for the Hungarian Bakery Home Occupation - Class B. This letter is being sent to comply with the new notice requirements for a Major Home Occupation. This application is described as follows: PROJECT: Zoning Clearance CLE201100010 Hungarian Bakery PROPOSED: Zoning clearance for a Major Home Occupation to allow a bakery within an existing barn; no customers on -site. LOCATION: 1850 Brown's Gap Turnpike (Rt. 680) at intersection with Luxor Terrace Dr. TAX MAP /PARCEL: 057000000001A0. The proposed use will occupy approximately 1000 square feet of the barn with an approximately 140 square foot office within the home. Initially, the home business will not involve any outside employees (employees other than members of the family residing on the premises). In the future, it may employ up to a maximum of two outside employees. There are no waivers or modifications requested in conjunction with this home business. You are invited to submit any comments for our consideration, before action is taken on this application. Please submit comments no later than January 28, 2011.
