Dear Mr. Shepherd:
Land Surveyors
Land Planners
March 29, 2005
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 7 on Tax Map 16 is one tract of land. This parcel was
assigned four development rights from portions of pre -1980 Parcels 6 and 7 on Tax Map 16 by a plat
recorded in Deed Book 759 at page 590. Two of these rights were later assigned to parcel 7A on a
plat recorded in Deed Book 949 at page 322.
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 10A3 on Tax Map 16 was a separate parcel on
December 10, 1980 and that no act has been taken to combine it with other tracts since that date.
This parcel is therefore entitled to its full compliment of development rights.
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 10A1 on Tax Map 16 was a separate parcel on
December 10, 1980 and that no act has been taken to combine it with other tracts since that date.
This parcel is therefore entitled to its full compliment of development rights.
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 23H on Tax Map 28 was a separate parcel on
December 10, 1980 and that no act has been taken to combine it with other tracts since that date.
This parcel is therefore entitled to its full compliment of development rights.
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 23D on Tax Map 28 was a separate parcel on
December 10, 1980 and that no act has been taken to combine it with other tracts since that date.
This parcel is therefore entitled to its full compliment of development rights.
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 10 on Tax Map 16 was a separate parcel on
December 10, 1980 and that no act has been taken to combine it with other tracts since that date.
This parcel is therefore entitled to its full compliment of development rights.
We believe the tract currently shown as Parcel 11 on Tax Map 16 consisted of 6 separate parcels on
December 10, 1980 and that no act has been taken to combine these parcels since that date. Each
of the six parcels should therefore be entitled to its full compliment of development rights. The tracts
that make up current Parcel 11 were acquired by Nelson F White during his lifetime by six separate
deeds as shown on the attached sketch titled "A Sketch Showing Tracts Making up Parcel 11, Tax
Map 16".
