The Board unanimously approved the application as submitted. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. The ARB unanimously approved the criteria recommended in the staff report. The approved criteria are as follows: SIGN FEATURE APPROVED CRITERIA SIGN TYPE Panel COLORS More than 3 colors will be approved only if the amount of each additional color is very limited and if the use of the colors results in a balanced, unified sign design.
