Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to notify you that the development proposal referenced above will be heard by the Albemarle
County Planning Commission on August 9, at 6:00 p.m. in the Lane Auditorium of the County Office
Building, 401 McIntire Road in Charlottesville, VA. This petition is described as follows:
SDP201100043 Re- Store'n Station — Final Site Plan
Request for Planning Commission approval of the entrance location and changes associated with
any modification of the entrance design or location as required by the conditions of the
preliminary site plan (SDP 2008 —154). The property is zoned HC (Highway Commercial) and
EC, Entrance Corridor Overlay District, and is described as Tax Map 55B, Parcel 1. The site is
located on the south side of Rockfish Gap Turnpike (SR250), approximately 0.78 miles west of
its intersection with Miller School Road /Crozet Avenue (SR240). This site is located in the White
Hall Magisterial District and is recommended for Rural Area uses in Rural Area 3 by the
Comprehensive Plan.
The applicant or applicant's representative is requested to be present at the Planning Commission
meeting. The applicant will receive a tentative agenda and staff report approximately one (1) week prior
to the Planning Commission meeting. The tentative agenda and staff report will also be available for
review by the public during this time in the Department of Community Development during business
hours (8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon -Fri). To assure the file information is ready for your viewing and to allow
staff to be available to help with any questions, we encourage you to schedule a viewing time. Please call
296 -5832 ext 3070 during business hours to schedule an appointment. While an appointment is not
required, we do give priority to those with appointments. Those without appointments may find the
materials are in use by others and /or staff is not available to help.
