Subject: RE: Zoning Clearance for Chuck's Market
J.T.
Thanks for the email. I am glad that the recipe turned out well.
Somehow or another, I was forwarded the paperwork to review. I spoke to the applicant yesterday and he stated
that he would not be doing any type of food preparation and that he would only be selling fruits /vegetables.
From looking at the file, the property is served by public water and public sewer. Given the small size of the
proposed operation, I do not foresee any major issues with what the applicant is proposing.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Have a good day,
Josh

Subject: Zoning Clearance for Chuck's Market
Hey Josh,
Thanks for your voice message.
I am the contact for Chuck's Market. I sent him the approved zoning clearance last week
because we did get an email back from Archer saying that he was in good shape as long as he
was selling whole, uncut fruits and vegetables. Still, if you'd like to send over anything else,
we'll include it in our file here and pass it along to him.
On another note: I wish I could offer you some jambalaya, but somehow I ate the whole thing!
See you later,
J.T. Newberry
