Thanks for the email. I am glad that the recipe turned out well. Somehow or another, I was forwarded the paperwork to review. I spoke to the applicant yesterday and he stated that he would not be doing any type of food preparation and that he would only be selling fruits /vegetables. From looking at the file, the property is served by public water and public sewer. Given the small size of the proposed operation, I do not foresee any major issues with what the applicant is proposing. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am the contact for Chuck's Market. I sent him the approved zoning clearance last week because we did get an email back from Archer saying that he was in good shape as long as he was selling whole, uncut fruits and vegetables. Still, if you'd like to send over anything else, we'll include it in our file here and pass it along to him.
