Current Development Planner approval may be granted with the following:
1. Landscaping approval by the ARB Planner. (This may require revision to the plan).
2. Receipt of signed conservation plan checklist.

3. Either indicate deed book and page reference for the 20 foot drainage easement on the property to
the south or provide a copy of the proposed easement for county review. If the easement is not
currently in place an easement document will have to be recorded prior to plan approval.
While not required for Current Development Planner approval I do note that we do not have a WPO
application as of 8/18/11. This will be required in order to obtain Current Development Engineer
approval.
In order to provide a status update of the review I have copied the action letter for the preliminary site
plan and struck thru those conditions which have been addressed.
1. Current Development Planner approval to include:
a. Landscape plan showing landscaping as shown on the plan December 6, 2009. Except as permitted by
the conditions of SP 2009 -34.
b. Landscape plan showing location of all trees of 6 inch caliper or greater along the southern property
line within 150 feet of the southwest border and including a conservation plan.
d. Reduction of building size to satisfy the conditions of SP 2009 -34. The determination of building size
shall be made by the Zoning Administrator.
2. Current Development Engineer approval to include:
a. Erosion and Sediment Control plan.
b. Stormwater management plan.
4. Thomas Jefferson Health Department approval.
6. Architectural Review Board approval.
7. Virginia Department of Transportation approval of entrance location and design.
Those conditions that have not been addressed as of yet are all in some stage of review currently with
two exceptions. 1) As noted above we have not received a WPO application which is necessary for the
Current Development Engineer approval. 2) 1 have not received any approval from the Health
Department nor have I received information to submit to the Health Department in order to obtain their
approval. It is my understanding that you have done significant soils and design work. If you forward
me that information I will forward it to the Health Department in order to obtain their approval. If you
have any questions please let me know.
