INN R ©_ COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road, Room 227 Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 -4596 Phone (434) 296 -5832 Fax (434) 972 -4126 August 17, 2011 Valerie Long - Williams Mullen 321 East Main St., Suite 400 Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: SP201100008 Fairview VA 9024 - Catholic Diocese Property Tax Map Parcel 13000- 00- 00 -002AO Dear: Mrs. Long On August 3, 2011, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on SP #201100008 to allow a eighty two (82) feet tall monopole with three flush mounted antennas and associated ground equipment within a sixty (60) foot by sixty (60) foot lease area on Tax Map Parcel 13000- 00- 00 -002AO in the Scottsville District. This special use permit was approved based on the following conditions: The proposed personal wireless service facility must be developed in substantial accord with the plan prepared by Clear Signal Towers, LLC with a revised final drawing date of 4 -17 -2011, and a certified engineer's seal and signature dated 4 -17 -2011. Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the project noted above, no uses on the property as approved above may lawfully begin until all applicable approvals have been received and conditions have been met. This includes: • compliance with conditions of the SPECIAL USE PERMIT; • approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN amendment; and • approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE. In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued is not commenced within twenty -four (24) months from the date of Board approval, it shall be deemed abandoned and the permit terminated. The term "commenced" means "construction of any structure necessary to the use of the permit."
