The visibility from the locations described in #1 and #2 above was minimal and is not expected to have a negative impact on the ECs. Regarding visibility from the locations described in #3, on I64, there were a few vantage points from which the balloon was skylit, but the length of the view was brief. Mostly, the balloon was viewed with some tree backdrop. The backdrop varied with the vantage point; sometimes the trees providing the backdrop were close -by, others were further away. The total distance along which the balloon was visible was minimal (generally just in the vicinity of the interchange and approaching the interchange), and visibility is complicated by the curve in the road, the typical speed of traffic, and the traffic merging on and off the highway. Given these conditions, in this particular location, the level of visibility of the proposed monopole extension and antenna installation is not expected to have a negative impact on the Entrance Corridor.
