Therefore, your application has been approved administratively subject to the conditions of approval as required by Section 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached) This special use permit will become void if not used within 18 months from Apr i I 29. 1982 Once the permit is voided, you would have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property. You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing permit from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
