RE: Letter of Revision (LOR) # 1 for SDP - 2007 -111 Revised Final Site Plan of Haden
Place Tax Map 55 Parcels 69 and 9.
Dear Mr. Gibson,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated March 14, 2012. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the
improvements shown in the attached Final Site Plan for Haden Place. The current
proposal modifies the previously approved final site plan (signed /approved on February
7, 2011) by replacing it with the revised final site plan which was signed/approved on
April 3, 2012. The changes to the plan are minor in nature and are meant to address
comments from the initial reviews by ACSA, the County, and VDOT.
Also, this LOR establishes a new deadline by which the proffers from ZMA 2005 -007
will be held to.
This is the 1 st LOR for this site. A total of three (3) LORs are allowed before dll changes
to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
