Dear Mrs. Smith:
Please be advised that your application for placement of a
mobile home on property described as Tax Map 128A2 , Parcel 23
Scottsville Magisterial District, did not receive any
written opposition. Therefore"you(application has been approved
adminis~rative1y subject to the conditions of approval as required
by Se~tion 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached)

This special use permit will become void if not used within 18
months from November 10, 1982 Once the permit is voided, you
would have to re-app1y in order to place a mobile home on your property.
You will need to apply for" a building, electrical, and plumbing
permit from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
