Acceptance of all wastes other than residential waste or prior approved business waste will be considered and priced strictly on a case by case basis. Requests for acceptance must be made prior to delivery. An Off -Site Waste Application as well: as a $30 application fee is required from all new business applicants. No grease will be accepted. The driver will be prohibited from delivering any wastes outside the permitted pH range, wastes contaminated by oil or grease, and any other wastes determined not to be allowable. Waste delivered during normal business hours will be charged at a rate of $0.072 per gallon unless otherwise noted on the individual business Agreement for Acceptance form. Maximum rate charged for waste acceptance during normal business hours will be $0.099 per gallon. These fees are set by the Board of Directors and are subject to periodic revision. Delivered gallons will be metered by the automated Hauler Station. At the end of disposal, a receipt will print documenting hauling business name, total gallons, and date and time of delivery. The driver must write the time and gallons on the manifest and/or Agreement for Acceptance (from the receipt) and place in the drop box located at the Hauler Station. The information will be stored then downloaded for each hauler and will serve as the basis for billing at the end of each month. Hauling businesses will be billed by RWSA for all residential waste and approved business waste. Invoices will be mailed on or about the 5th of the following month due by the end of the month, subject to a finance charge thereafter. No acceptance from accounts that are over 60 mays old will be allowed until paid in full and credit is re-established by RWSA. Waste deliveries made outside the established operating hours and on all holidays and weekends will be charged at a rate of 1.5 times the established rate. Upon arrival at the MCWWTP, drivers must call (434) 295-2306 and ask that the operator on duty open the gate. This policy is established in recognition of the limited number of personnel on duty and their primary work assignment.
