RE: Letter of Revision (LOR) # 1 for SDP- 2011 -00057 The Haven at Stonefield Final Site Plan Dear Mr. Jordan, This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated June 8, 2012. The Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the improvements described in this letter for the Final Site Plan for The Haven at Stonefield, which include the addition of a retaining wall as shown on the attached drawing dated 6- 5-12. This is the 1St Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. Sincerely, Christopher P. The intent of this revision is to add an additional retaining wall to have access to a fire riser room that is required by the fire department. This wall is a small, less than 3' tall, site wall that runs to the south of the G -3 building. Enclosed with this letter please find the following: 1 copy - Letter of Revision Application and Fee 4 copies - revised partial plan.
