RE: Special Use Permit #SP-83-51
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gowans:
Please be advised that your application for placement of a mobile home on property
described as Tax Map 124, Parcel 9G, scottsville Magisterial District, did not re-
ceive any written opposition. Therefore, your application has been approved admini-
stratively subject to the conditions of approval as required by Section 5.6.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (Attached).
This Special Use Permit will become void if not used within 18 months from August 25,
1983. Once the permit is voided, you would have to reapply in order to place a mobile
home on your property.
You will need to apply for a building, electrical and plumbing permit from the Inspections
Department to set up your mobile home.
Pursuant to Section 35.0, the actual costs of any notice required under the Code shall
be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable
fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute
grounds for the denial of any application. Enclosed please find a bill in the amount
of $2.31. Please make your check payable to the County of Albemarle.
