This Access Easement crosses T.M.P. 114-6B, which was previously recorded in D.B.4436 Pg.729. The said easement was created in order to access T.M.P. 114-6, because of the critical slope issues. The maintenance agreement will be between the owners of Parcels 6 and H, for the entire length of the 50' Access Easement, including thru Parcel 6B.
