The ordinance(Section 17-301 C.)does not list Lickinghole Creek as a Water Supply Watershed. This is why I asked if you knew of any reference(by the board of supervisors in accordance with the ordinance)that would have included Lickinghole Creek as a Water Supply Watershed. The drainage divide for Lickinghole Creek and Beaver Creek does go through this property. However the current ordinance does not list Lickinghole Creek as a Water Supply Watershed.
