Perez- Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: October 28, 2013 Subject: SUB-2013-147- Brown - BLA The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(B)6] Tax Map Parcel Number. On the plat provide the tax map parcel numbers of the parcels involved in the boundary line adjustment. Currently the lots are solely classified as Lots 1, 2, and 3; however, these lots have been assigned tax map parcel numbers. Revise plat to include the tax map parcel numbers involved in the BLA: 13500- 00-00-022D9 and 13500-00-00-022D8. 2. [14-302(A)(1)] Name of Subdivision. The plat title on the bottom of page 1 and 2 incorrectly references TMP 135-22D. The two parcels which are subject of this BLA are: TMP 13500-00-00-022D9 and 13500-00-00-022D8. Revise appropriately. 3. [14-302(A)(10)] Right of further division. Please revise the development rights note as follows: “Lot 3 is retaining 1 development right and may not be further divided. Lot 2 is retaining 1 development right and may not be further divided.” 4. [Comment] On this BLA plat please omit the following notes which are carryover notes from the 2011 Family Division plat which created these lots: “The streets in this subdivision may not meet the standards…” and “The existing and/or proposed right of way is of adequate…” Please contact Christopher P.
