The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
1. [Section 14- 302(A)(9)] On Sheet 1, please add a note that states "Each lot contains a building site that complies
with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
2. [Section 14- 302(A)(10)] On Sheet 1, please add a note to address development rights.
3. [Section 14- 302(A)(15)] On Sheet 1, please add the addresses for the owners of Lot 10 and Lot 11.
4. [Section 14- 302(A)(16)] On Sheet 2, please show the limits of the dam break inundation zone (see attached map).
5. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1, please note that both Lot 10 and Lot 11 also lie in the Flood Hazard (FH)
overlay district.
6. [Section 14- 302(B)(6)] On Sheet 2, please label Lot 10 and Lot 11 with their respective tax map and parcel
numbers.
7. [Section 14- 302(B)(7)] On Sheet 1, please note these properties "lie within a water supply protection area.
Specifically, they are located in the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir water supply watershed." Please also note that
they are not located in an agricultural- forestal district.
8. [Section 14- 302(B)(10)] On Sheet 1, please add a note that states "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Also, on Lot 11, please revise
the width of the buffer from 150 feet to 100 feet.
