Dear Mr. Sandridge:
Please be advised that your application for placement of a
mobile home on property described as Tax Map 55 ,Parcel 41C(part of)
White Hall Magisterial District, did not receive any
written opposition. ThereforelYou~ application has been approved
administratively Subject to the conditions of approval as required
by Section 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached)
This special use permit will become void if not used within 18
months from September 8, 1983 Once the permit is voided, you
would have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property.
You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing
permit from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
