The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(2)] Provide a scale for the vicinity map. Scale should be 1" = 2000'.
2. [14- 302(A)(10)] It appears that both TMP 131 -83P and 131 -83N were parcels of record on December
10, 1980 and therefore each contain one development right. If this is true, the new combined parcel
would contain two development rights. Please recheck the development rights on the property and
amend note accordingly.
