I have reviewed the location of the new entrance in the field and have approved this location as access to the property
as located on the submitted plat. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know. When you are ready
for the entrance to be installed please t in touch with me so an entrance permit ca be processed prior to the start of
this entrance construction.

Here's a PDF of the 2-Lot Division Plat as requested showing the new driveway.
FYI-the centerline of the new driveway was position on the white paint mark you provide in the field last year.

client.
