addressed as follows:
1. Added note regarding buildin: ites on proposed lots. (See no e#2.)
2. Updated owner to Piedmont Nei: borhoods LP.
3. Will submit signed and sealed plat.
4. Added note regarding reservoir water ed and agric ural-forestal district. (See note#4.)
5. Revised signature panel to reflect curren owner.
6. Added location of building envelope.
