Re: Special Use Permit #SP-83-70
Dear Mr. Moye:
Please be advised that your application for placement of a mobile
home on property described as Tax Map 026, Parcel 33C (part of), White
Hall Magisterial District, did not receive any written opposition.
Therefore, your application has been approved administratively subject
to the conditions of approval as required by Section 5.6.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached)
This special use permit will become void if not used within 18
months from October 27, 1983. Once the permit is voided, you would
have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance,
the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to
the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable
fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall
constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please. see the
attached bill for the amount due of $2.91.
You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing
permit from the Inspections Departmerit to set up your mobile home.
