Baber, Jr. Rt. 1, Box 429 Barboursville, VA 22923 Re: Special Use Permit, SP-84-l6 Tax Map 065, Parcel 26 Dear Mr. Baber: Please be advised that your application for placement of a single- wide mobile home on property described as Tax Map 065, Parcel 26, Rivanna Magisterial District, has been approved administratively subject to your statement that within three to five years the mobile home will be replaced with permanent-type housing, and to the conditions of approval as required by Section 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached) This special use permit will become void if not used within 18 months from April 26, 1984. Once the permit is voided, you would have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the ap- plicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $4.61. You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing permit from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
