Brown R t. 1, Box 123A Charlottesville, VA 22901 Re: Special Use Permit #SP-84-27 Tax Map 126, Parcel 28c Dear Mr. Brown: Please be advised that your application for placement of a single-wide or double-wide mobile home on property described as Tax Map 126, Parcel 28C, Scottsville Magisterial District, did not receive any written opposition. Therefore, your application has been approved administratively subject to the conditions of approval as required by Section 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached) This approval is also subject to the conditions of your variance, VA-84-31, as follows: 1. Mobile home to be occupied by the proprietor-owner of the existing garage and his immediate family. 2. Variance limited to the present appl icant. This special permit will become void if not used within 18 months from May 10, 1984. Once the permit is voided, you would have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property. You wi 11 need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing permit from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
