Dear Ms. Powers & Ms. Snyder:
Please be advised that your application for placement of a single-wide
mobile home on property described as ~ax Map 17 1 Parcel l8G
WhitA Hall Magisterial District, did not receive any written
opposition. Therefore, your application bas been approved administratively
subject to the conditions of apr"~val as required by Section 5.6.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached)
This special use permit wil~ become void if not used within 18 months
from September ,~, 1984 Onrc the permit is voided, you would have to
ro-apply in order to place a mobile home on you~ property.
You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing permit
from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
