Dear Mr. & Mrs. Cookenour:

Please be advised that your application for placement of a
single-wide mobile home on property described as Tax Map 127,
Parcel 45, Scottsville Magisterial District, did not receive any
written opposition. Therefore, your application has been approved
administratively subject to the conditions of approval as required
by Section 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (attached),
and also subject to approval of the site plan through the Planning
Department.
This special use permit will become void if not used within 18
months from March 14, 1985. Once the permit is voided, you would
have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property.
You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumbing
permit from the Inspections Department to set up your mobile home.
