Tax Map 56, Parcels 109B, 110A, and 110E
Dear Mr. Stallings:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on
April 4, 1990, unanimously approved the above -noted request
to rezone approximately two acres from RA, Rural Areas to
HC, Highway Commercial, and two acres from HC, Highway
Commercial to RA, Rural Areas. Property, located on the
south side of Rt. 250 approximately one mile east of its
intersection with Rt. 240 and Rt. 635. Tax Map'56, Parcels
109B, 110A, and 110E. White Hall Magisterial District.
Please note that this approval is subject to proffers
submitted by the applicant and verbal proffer made by Mr.
Stallings at the April 4, 1990, Board meeting as set out
below. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VERBAL PROFFER MUST BE
SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING &
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
1. Parcels 110E and 110A to be combined and a 2.0 acre
area approximately as shown on the enclosed sketch to
be designated as open space on the revised plat
combining the parcels. Alternatively, the boundary of
parcel 110E to be revised to include only the 2.0 acres
shown on the sketch with the parcel to be rezoned RA
and designated as open space on the subdivision plat.
2. Screening consisting of 25 White Pines 5' - 6' tall
- -- spaced 10' apart and 48 Russian Olives 18" - 24" tall
spaced 2 between each 2 pines to be planted along the
southern property line of Parcel 110A.

3. Areas of Parcels 56 -110A and 56 -109B rezoned to HC,
Highway Commercial to be used only as a storage area
for the building supply business on Parcel 56 -110A.
4. Any structure on the open storage area would be limited
to a pole barn only.
