I think it would best to wait until Christopher returns since he is in the process of reviewing the plat. A year ago,we looked at making some modifications to the sanitary sewer and lot alignments. The sewer plans were sent to the owner for review and the plat was processed. However,the owner never followed up with the sewer revisions and thus the sewer was constructed in the same location from the original site plan for Briarwood Drive, but the sewer easement was platted with the subdivision plat as shifted. This BLA just cleans up this issue and adjusts the lots and lot lines to be located over the easement and not in the middle of the lot. The sewer location is not changing,and it has already been installed and tested. I apologize for the confusion, and hopefully this cleans up this issue. We are platting the easement over the existing sanitary sewer. I have included an exhibit of the asbuilt of the sewer so you can see what is going on. Let me know if you have any questions about it.
