by ACSA which is located along Lot 46 and Lot 45. Information added. See Sheet 3
• 3) On sheet 2 revise the phasing plan to represent the latest approved phasing plan for Briarwood PRD. Notably a
revised phasing plan was approved on September 4, 2013 by the BOS (see attachment A). Notably these lots are still
located in phase 5, but the phasing plan should be accurately reflected on the BLA plat. Information added. See Sheet

Attached are ACSA comments which I rViceived yesterday. Their comment seem rnd of substantial, but I may
be wrong.
Otherwise, I'm awaiting Engineering to complete their review of the proposal due to drainage easement
modifications. Also, my review of the plat is pending. I hope to get to it asap.
It may be pertinent to contact ACSA and begin working their issues out in the mean time.

There do not appear to be any final comments completed or ready for distribution at thistime (there are some rough
draft comments on one of the plats,so he has been reviewing BLA/plat) . I think it would best to wait until Christopher
returns since he is in the process of reviewing the plat. I do not think I can transfer it to another planner and have them
get you any comments any sooner than waiting for Chris to finish up his review. Sorry for the delay.

Alex-
Thanks for sending over the comments for the sanitary sewer at Briarwood associated with the Briarwood plat. A year
ago,we looked at making some modifications to the sanitary sewer and lot alignments. The sewer plans were sent to
the owner for review and the plat was processed. However,the owner never followed up with the sewer revisions and
thus the sewer was constructed in the same location from the original site plan for Briarwood Drive, but the sewer
easement was platted with the subdivision plat as shifted. This BLA just cleans up this issue and adjusts the lots and lot
lines to be located over the easement and not in the middle of the lot. The sewer location is not changing,and it has
already been installed and tested.
I apologize for the confusion, and hopefully this cleans up this issue. We are platting the easement over the existing
sanitary sewer. I have included an exhibit of the asbuilt of the sewer so you can see what is going on.
