I have completed my review of the plat(SUB2014-112),below are my comments. Please note Engineering has
yet to provide me comments on the plat. Once they are provided I'll forward them to you, they estimate they will
have their review completed by COB or early tomorrow. Thanks
1) On the plat depict, label, and provide deed book page reference information for the existing sight distance
y) ement along Lot 46 and Lot 47.
On the plat depict, label, and provide deed book page reference information for the existing waterline
easement owned by ACSA which is located along Lot 46 and Lot 45.
3) On sheet 2 revise the phasing plan to represent the latest approved phasing plan for Briarwood PRD. Notably
a revised phasing plan was approved on September 4, 2013 by the BOS (see attachment A).Notably these lots
are still located in phase 5,but the phasing plan should be accurately reflected on the BLA plat.

In reference to your call to me today.
Attached are ACSA comments which I received yesterday. Their comment seem kind of substantial, but I may be wrong.
Otherwise, I'm awaiting Engineering to complete their review of the proposal due to drainage easement modifications.
Also, my review of the plat is pending. I hope to get to it asap.
It may be pertinent to contact ACSA and begin working their issues out in the mean time.

The revisions you provided me today at 10:10am via pdf address all my comments_ Also, please assure you provide a
revised date on the plat_
Also. I have received Engineering's comments on the plat, see both of their comments below, please make these
corrections and then the plat and then we'll be ready for owner signature/ County approval as ASCA approved the plat
yesterday:
1 _ Recommend Note: The intent of the new variable width drainage easement shown hereon is that it is to be
centered on the Asbuilt location of the drainage line and all of its appurtenances_
2_ Revise 7.16' line on boundary between Lots 43 and 44; this length appears inaccurate.
