Attached is the BLA SUB201400057 we did under Ellie's review.The same private sewer line is shown below the lot. She
wanted the easement created across Parcel 611 but not the Golf Course Parcel 8Z.There is no recorded easement for
the sewer lines that run through the Keswick Club and I am sure the new owners are not interested in trying to create
them at this point for this 8K BLA. Do you want an easement shown that would provide access from the main line to the
new lot?

Subject: SUB201400121 - Keswick Estates BLA
Hey Ed,
I'm reviewing the BLA in Keswick and I see there's a sanitary sewer line with no easement serving Parcel 8K. I spoke to a
few folks in my office and we weren't aware this area may be served by a central sewer system... Can you confirm
whether it is or not?
If it does have a central system,then can you show an sanitary sewer easement to serve the new lot?
If it doesn't have a central system,then the Health Department will need to approve a primary and reserve drainfield for
the new lot.
